Our goal is for you ("Customer") to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
You greatly assist in us reaching this goal by double-checking your desired item before clicking the pay button. To reduce waste, all items sold to you by iloveninja.com ("Seller") are made to order through a custom printing and product fulfillment process. Once you complete the checkout process and pay, production of your custom product will begin within one or two hours and completed in a day or two. As a result, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except for defective products.
Seller does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items offered for sale in our store because of buyer's remorse, different color desired, incorrect size ordered, etc. Therefore, before you click the payment button, please check your order is correct in terms of size, design, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.

You can delete/add items from your cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner as shown in the photo below. Unless the item is offered in one size only, each product will have specific size chart. Please refer to the size chart that accompanies each item when deciding the desired size.

Please note that for adult t-shirts, they are "retail fit," which means a shirt that is designed to be more fitted than a standard or boxy fit. The sleeves of a retail fit are designed to be snug, rather than loose, and the body of the shirt has a slightly tapered shape to reduce excess fabric around the waist and torso. Order a size up if you wish a looser fit.
Due to print sizing, the design image may appear smaller on large garment sizes.
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase! We understand that in rare instances defects may occur. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective so we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Thirty-Day Replacement for Defective Product. We will gladly replace at no cost to you if a product is defective and you provide sufficient notice to us within 30 days of delivery. If you think any product is defective, please notify us of such non-conformity by email within 30 days of delivery of the product. Please send your email to support@iloveninja.com and include the following:
-order number
-a description of the defect
-clear photos of the defect and tag
If we determine the product is defective, we will notify you and replace the product at no charge. Replacement orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Please note that if you do not give notify us within 30 days after delivery of the product, you will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted such product free of any defects.
